Laconia currently has 7 conservation easements. These easements are permanent and need to be periodically monitored to ensure the terms of the easement are being kept to. Members of the Conservation Commission, along with the Conservation Technician, conduct biannual site walks of all 7 easements to ensure there are no issues.
